We are sure that by now you have all heard the story of sweet little Safyre. She is a precious little girl who lost her family in a house fire and is a burn victim herself. All she wanted for Christmas were cards from around the world, and a Christmas card from Katy Perry. We’ll, Safyre’s wishes came true and she has received over 500,000 Christmas cards this season along with one from Katy Perry herself. This is such a touching story. Irene Valenti hosted the third annual Rotary Club of Rancho Santa Fe’s Celebration and Wine Pairing event at the Valenti Estate in Rancho Santa Fe on Oct. 12.
