The Valenti Equestrian Club in Rancho Santa Fe hosted a children’s judged Dressage show Nov. 13 facilitated by Valenti Equestrian Club (VEC) professional trainers Kajsa Wiberg and Lena Nordlof-Davis, combined with an adult Hunter-Jumper exhibition event. The children’s Dressage show scored students on each movement to win ribbons and professional VEC trainers offered their expertise while mingling with guests. The Valenti Equestrian Club is located in the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant and offers equine boarding/grooming facilities, professional Hunter-Jumper and Dressage training and direct access to the Covenant riding trail system with membership. www.valentiequestrianclub.com.
The Horsemanship’s Academy located at the Valenti Equestrian Club in Rancho Santa Fe hosted a Halloween Costume Parade on October 23rd for families and guests of children enrolled in the Academy. Academy students created themes, decorated their horses and dressed in corresponding costumes. The event included an abundance of Halloween candy and a freestyle dressage performance set to music. We are sure that by now you have all heard the story of sweet little Safyre. She is a precious little girl who lost her family in a house fire and is a burn victim herself. All she wanted for Christmas were cards from around the world, and a Christmas card from Katy Perry.
